TERMS OF USE
These General Terms of Use and Contracting (hereinafter, “the General Terms”), together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, govern access to and use of the website accessible through the domain name www.vilaDental.com and its subdomains (hereinafter, “the Website”), as well as the contracting of products and/or services through it. Simply accessing the Website confers the status of Website User (hereinafter, “the User”) and implies acceptance of all the terms included in these General Terms. If the User does not agree with these General Terms, they must immediately leave the Website without using it.
By accepting these General Conditions, the User declares:
• That he/she has read, understands and comprehends this document set forth herein.
• That he/she is of legal age according to the regulations in force in his/her place of residence, otherwise the minor must have the authorization of his/her legal representatives.
• That, in case you decide to contract any product and/or service, you have sufficient capacity to do so.
• That assumes all the obligations set forth herein.
The User must carefully read these General Conditions each time they access the Website, as both the Website and these General Conditions may be modified.
The owner of the Website reserves the right to make, at any time, any modification or update of its contents and services, of these General Conditions and, in general, of all elements that make up the design and configuration of the Website.
The modification of these General Conditions will not affect goods or promotions that were acquired prior to this modification.
In the event that Clínica Dental Penedès, SLU entrusts a trusted third party with the safekeeping of successive versions of the general conditions, both parties recognize as the only valid version of these conditions at any given time the one that is contained in the database of the trusted third party.

2.1. Access to the Website
Simply accessing the Website is free except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by the User.
2.2. Registration Requirement
The use of certain services and content may be conditional upon prior User Registration .

By way of example, and in no way limiting or excluding other obligations, the User agrees to:
I.- Do not introduce or disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic nature, that glorifies terrorism or that violates human rights.
II.- Do not introduce or disseminate on the network data programs (viruses and malicious software) likely to cause damage to the computer systems of the access provider, its suppliers or third-party Internet network users.
III.- Do not disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that violates the fundamental rights and public freedoms recognized constitutionally and in international treaties.
IV.- Do not disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that constitutes illegal or unfair advertising.
V.- Do not transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, advertising material, “junk mail”, “chain letters”, “pyramid schemes”, or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas (such as commercial spaces) that have been exclusively designed for this purpose.
VI.- Do not introduce or disseminate any false, ambiguous or inaccurate information and content in a way that misleads the recipients of the information.
VII.- Do not impersonate other Users by using their registration keys in the different services and/or content of the Website.
VIII.- Do not disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that implies a violation of the intellectual and industrial property rights, patents, trademarks or copyright that correspond to the owners of the Website or to third parties.
IX.- Do not disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that implies a violation of the secrecy of communications and the legislation of personal data.
The User agrees to indemnify Clínica Dental Penedès, SLU against any possible claim, fine, penalty or sanction that it may be obliged to bear as a result of the User’s breach of any of the aforementioned rules of use, and Clínica Dental Penedès, SLU also reserves the right to claim compensation for damages as appropriate.
Occasionally, Clínica Dental Penedès, SLU will provide the User with a link in its communications, such as newsletters, that will allow access to their personal account. This access will be through a unique and private address, so the User will not need to enter their website login credentials. Therefore, the User must treat communications from Clínica Dental Penedès, SLU confidentially and refrain from forwarding them to third parties to prevent unauthorized access to their private account information.
2.4. Disclaimer

2.6. Intellectual and industrial property

The trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs are owned by Clínica Dental Penedès, SLU or third parties, and access to the Website does not imply any right over them.
In any case, the User acknowledges and accepts that the ratings and comments they make about the products available through the Website may be accessible to the rest of the Website Users, including the identity of their author.
Regarding all comments freely posted by the User on the Website, whether or not they include an opinion or description of the products offered (hereinafter, “the Content”), the User grants Clínica Dental Penedès, SLU a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license for the maximum duration permitted by law. Contract Conditions
3.1. User Registration
The use of the services provided by Clínica Dental Penedès, SLU implies the need for the User to register on the Website.

Nullity and ineffectiveness of the clauses
If any clause included in these General Conditions is declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will only affect this provision or the part thereof that is null or ineffective, these General Conditions remaining in full force and effect in all other respects, and such provision being considered totally or partially as not included.
Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. Clínica Dental Penedès, SLU and the User agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services covered by these General Terms and Conditions to the Courts of Barcelona.
