Bruxism
What is bruxism?
Bruxism is the involuntary clenching or grinding of teeth, which can occur unconsciously during the day or especially at night while we sleep. It is a bodily response to stress, anxiety, or tension. Bruxism can lead to headaches, jaw pain, earaches, and dental wear, among other problems.
Thanks to occlusal splints, we can prevent all these consequences.

What are occlusal splints?
An occlusal splint is a device that adapts to all our teeth to protect them from the pressure of biting. With the splint, we can cushion the bite, thus preventing tooth wear and potential pain and tension in the jaw muscles.
